Ms. Chlumsky is a Director on the sales team at Bramshill Investments. Prior to joining Bramshill, she served as the sole capital formation and investor relations specialist at Maverick Real Estate Partners, a New York City based private equity fund manager. In this role, she managed the full sales cycle and raised the firm’s seventh flagship fund. Working closely with the founders, she engaged a diverse array of investors, including pension funds, foundations, endowments, family offices, and high net worth individuals.

Ms. Chlumsky holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Notre Dame Mendoza College of Business. During her time at Notre Dame, she served as captain of the Track and Field team and competed as a Division 1 pole vaulter.
