Matt Stapen is Managing Director at Bramshill Investments, where he leads the firm’s Family Office initiative. He brings more than 30 years of experience in global fixed income and credit markets, beginning his early career on the buy side before advancing into senior leadership roles in institutional credit sales. Prior to Bramshill, Matt was Head of Emerging Market Sales at BTIG and previously held Managing Director roles in emerging markets at Mizuho Securities and Stifel. His career also includes serving as Head of Emerging Market Sales at Cantor Fitzgerald, following senior credit sales positions at RBS/ABN and HSBC. Matt began his career in asset management at Federated Investors on the International Bond Team, where he helped manage over $1 billion in assets.  Matt is a Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA), holds Series 7 and 63 licenses and earned his degree from Washington University in St. Louis
